Cyber Nest is a fast-growing technology company with fully established businesses in the USA and Australia. We are expanding our team and are looking for a PHP Laravel Developer to join our talented Web Development Team.
As a Laravel Developer, you will produce scalable software solutions and work as part of a cross-functional team responsible for the entire software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Strong experience with web-based programming languages (e.g., PHP, JavaScript).
- Proficiency in a LAMP environment.
- Hands-on experience in Laravel is a must.
- Working knowledge of WordPress (WP).
- Expertise in standard-compliant HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of database design and troubleshooting (MySQL / MongoDB).
- Solid understanding of software development life-cycle and best practices.
- Coordinating and participating in programming, implementation, testing, and support of web-based projects using the LAMP solution stack.
- Programming, developing, and producing data-driven web applications, websites, and mobile apps using the latest technology solutions.
Must-Have Skills & Tools:
- Experience with GitHub CI/CD, Jenkins, CodeDeploy, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Redis, Memcached, InfluxDB.
- Strong experience with MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or RDS.
- Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, Mesos.
- Familiarity with Apache, Nginx, HAProxy.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms and ecosystems like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent team player with strong judgment, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of React JS and Vue JS is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in PHP development, with hands-on Laravel experience.
